Returns/Exchange Policy



Our policy lasts 7 days. Refund or exchange is valid only within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Though in case of manufacturing defects, the timeline for exchange is 15 days from the date of delivery. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging along with the tag of the garment.

Return/Exchange will be subject to the quality check (QC). QC will be done at our premises to ascertain that the product is in unused condition (because of hygiene issues).

In such cases where it is found that the returned product has been used there will be no refund issued for the product and logistics charges.

All the logistical charges will be borne by Madam Marigold Pvt. Ltd., in cases where Return/Exchange is due to QC lag from our end.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the same. Soon, thereafter, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Post your approval, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your account and if possible then the original payment method.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund post the stipulated time period, it is advised to check with the bank. Should they not be able to verify, it is advised to contact the credit card company. In such cases of technical glitches, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in the account.

It is always a good idea to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to Madam Marigold Pvt. Ltd. 8/8, 2nd floor, Sarvapriya Vihar, New Delhi-110016

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable post passing QC and verification of that product. Once the product is checked and signed off as unused and untampered you are eligible for return/exchange.

The time of delivery is dependent on your postcode.
